Our Bakery Kitchen

 A lot of creativity is baked in our shining stainless-steel kitchen — or “lab,” as they call it — right next to our retail space.

We pay attention to every bite and carefully create an assortment of goodies to fit every occasion or daily desire. On any typical day, we'll be making Apple Fritters, Chocolate Bundt Cakes drizzled with Chocolate Ganache. Also will be creating a wide variety of chocolates, which could include Marzipan Truffles or White Chocolate Bars with Meyers Lemon Cookies or Banana Maple Pecan Toffee. Our products are sure to awaken every taste bud.

On Sunday's, you can find us making Crepes filled with using locally sourced eggs and sausage or bacon combined with fresh basil and of course Cabot cheese.

We publish a daily menu and share on our social media. Orders will be ready for pickup and we can also can ship our Chocolates.

Our French Almond Cakes are absolutely delicious! Gluten Free! The recipe is a simple old-fashioned, traditional Parisian street recipe. Was created long ago and who knew, it was always gluten-free!
Fresh Blueberry Cornmeal Cakes, every bite is intoxicating with bursts of fresh blueberries!

 

Our Portuguese Custard Tarts uses a traditional recipe inspired from Pasteis de Nata in Lisbon, Portugal. Yum!
